Coatings/ Built-up Roofs
Built-up roofs start with a high-powered pressure wash to remove all grime and dirt as well as old, oxidized coatings. After the wash we repair all scuppers/drains, pipes, vents, penetrations and cracks or splits. Two of the most common coating colors in Tucson and throughout Arizona are white and light tan. Custom colors can also be provided with elastomeric coating. We recommend 2 coats of paint to extend the life of the roof.
Roof in Poor Shape?
We can offer a new 20-year polyester membrane roofing system that can be overlaid on the existing roof. The 20-year polyester membrane system is a complete roof restoration and saves the customer the cost of a new roof. This option is also beneficial to homes that have solar panels without creating an extra expense to remove the panels. This option can also benefit older foam roofs and keep them from deteriorating over time. Morgan Roofing provides a two-year warranty on recoating and a five-year warranty on polyester membrane systems.
